VILLA AMOENA
Villa Amoena is located in the historically colorful village of Brtonigla (Istria), known for its best local wines and excellent Istrian cuisine. It combines cultural and tourist content and offers tourists unforgettable experiences. The name of our villa basis on the Latin meaning and originates from the lovely and unobtrusive location of the Villa in the culturally and historically rich Brtonigla (Verteneglio in Italian) - Istria.
Our Villa consists of two separate spacious units, which include a 1,000 m2 plot and common facilities by the pool, summer kitchen with terrace and sauna for 4 people. Each unit has a separate fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Both units also have large balcony with lounge garden furniture and panoramic view.
Next to the Villa there is a fenced parking space for 3 cars. The rooms are air-conditioned and mosquito nets are placed on the windows, which increases comfort during a vacation in Istria.
In the town center you will find renowned restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, an outpatient clinic, a bank, a post office, etc. To the nearest beach it is 6,9 km, to the aquapark Istralandia 5 km, to the cave Mramornica 3 km and to Umag 10 km.

The outdoor facilities of Villa Amoena allow you to enjoy your holiday under the Istrian sun. The focal point is the private pool and summer kitchen with BBQ.
For relaxation by the pool in the evening hours there is also a gazebo with rattan lounge furniture. Around the pool are planted olive trees and Mediterranean plants such as lavender, oleander and rosemary.
Under the large covered terrace is a set with a table and chairs for 8 people. Near the outdoor dining area is billiards for additional relaxation in a group.
Villa Amoena has a wellness area with a large IR sauna. The sauna can be used by up to 4 people at once. With the use of an electric fireplace a special relaxing and romantic ambience is created for holiday relaxation.
Regular use of the sauna has a beneficial effect on human well-being. The sauna is equipped with an air ionizer and light effects that allow light therapy. A special relaxing and romantic ambience is created by the use of an electric fireplace, where guests can read their favorite book in peace.
Using the sauna improves circulation, accelerates the excretion of toxins, relaxes the body and cleanses the skin.
A large living area in each unit is connected to the dining room and a large balcony, where you can enjoy the morning shade or the evening sunset in Istria.
Both living areas are equipped with a sofa bed, a large smart TV to receive satellite and DVB-T programmes and interactive online content. A PS4 with video games is available for entertainment of the young guests.
The living rooms are air-conditioned. The exit to the covered terrace is equipped with mosquito nets. The wooden lounge sets in the upper and lower units allow for a temporary retreat for your own holiday moments.
Each unit has a separate full equipped kitchen. The dining area in both units is suitable for 5-6 people.
The dishwasher, electric oven, stove and microwave ensure the pleasant preparation of more demanding dishes. A large refrigerator with a freezer section offers guests the possibility of storing food even for several days. The equipment also includes a coffee machine, a toaster and, upon prior request, a baby chair.
Mosquito nets are also installed on all windows and the balcony doors.
Villa Amoena has 4 large bedrooms, 2 per each unit. Bedrooms have a double bed measuring 200 x 180 cm.
Two bedrooms have air conditioning and exit to the balcony or terrace, which is protected by mosquito nets. The other two bedrooms have a view of the olive grove.
Each bedroom has a smart TV with satellite and DVB-T programs. A baby cot is also available by prior arrangement.
